Kindly be informed that the SDC has registered the share capital increase of the Holy Land Insurance Company on Sunday 27/11/2016. The share capital increase was performed through allocating (2,000,000) shares to a number of shareholders, provided that (1,836,380) shares allocated to Mr. Samer Baha'a Aldean Mohy Aldean AlModaffar are under lock-up in exchange for offering in-kind payments based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (285/2016) dated 20/11/2016.
