| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Trust International Transport Company on Thursday 03/11/2016 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 23/08/2016 to redeem part of the company’s losses. | |||||||||||||
