| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,934,750) shares of the Trust International Transport Company on Thursday 03/11/2016. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (3,434,750) shares to (500,000) shares to redeem part of the company’s losses. |
