| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Arab Union International Insurance Company on Sunday 30/10/2016 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 06/09/2016 to redeem (4,000,000) JD of the company’s accumulated losses. | |||||||||||||
