Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of the Jordan Emirates Insurance Company on Wednesday 26/10/2016. The share capital increase is performed through allocating (71,666) shares which is the unsubscribed shares of the company’s capital to the “Al Sagr National Insurance Company” based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (255/2016) dated 16/10/2016.
