Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,783,300) of the Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company on Wednesday 10/08/2016. The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the minutes of the company’s extraordinary meeting held on 27/04/2016 according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (193/2016) dated 01/08/2016.
