Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (10,250,000) of the Injaz for Development & Projects Company on Tuesday 09/08/2016. The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to “Mr. Ziad Khalaf Mohammed Al-Manaseer”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission according to the (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (138/2016) dated 30/05/2016.
