| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (125,000,000) shares of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company on Wednesday 03/08/2016. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (150,000,000) shares to (25,000,000) shares to redeem all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2012. | |
