Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the National Portfolio Securities Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,000,000) shares of the National Portfolio Securities Company on Wednesday 31/05/2017. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (10,000,000) shares to (6,000,000) shares to redeem part of the company’s losses as of 31/12/2016.
