Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (7,650,000) of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company on Thursday 14/07/2016. The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the “The Government of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan” according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (167/2016) dated 30/06/2016.
