Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (850,000) shares of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company on tomorrow Wednesday June 15, 2015 through public offering directed to all shareholders of the company.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (7,350,000) shares.
