Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of the Arab Financial Investment Co.
 

Greetings,
   
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry out the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) shares of the Arab Financial Investment Company on Sunday June 5, 2015. Through  distributing its excess cash to the shareholders.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on April 12, 2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the Share Capital Decrease issued in May 24, 2016
