Dear General Manager,
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Ad Dulayl Industrial Park & Real Estate on Thursday 28/04/2022 instead of Tuesday 03/05/2022 where this day by chance is the official holiday of the fifteenth days of the JSC's approval of registering the share capital increase.
The share capital increase will be performed through capitalization of the amount of (648,900) shares and distributing them as stock dividends to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (22,278,900) shares.
