Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the United Cable Industries Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) shares of the United Cable Industries Company on Sunday 24/06/2018 as this amount is an excess of its needs. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing of its capital from (40,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (35,000,000) shares.
