Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,346,187) shares of the International Brokerage & Financial Markets Company on Wednesday 04/07/2018. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (14,201,913) shares to (7,855,726) shares through decreasing the value of rotated losses as of 31/12/2017.
