Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (10,000,000) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Tuesday 21/11/2017.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and allocation of these shares to the shareholder (Governmental Assets Management Company) based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (402/2017) dated 14/11/2017.
