Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Darkom Investment Company on Monday 11/12/2017 to redeem the company’s accumulated losses which are (6,182,464) JOD as of 31/12/2016 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 20/09/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 27/11/2017.
