Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,316,700) shares of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company on Sunday 14/05/2017. The share capital increase reflects covering the unsubscribed capital increase in shares of the Company and allocating these shares to “The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan” based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (124/2017).
