| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Holy Land Insurance Company on Thursday 13/04/2017 to redeem part of the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2015. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 22/12/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 29/03/2017. | |||||||||||||
