Subject: The Share Capital Increase of the Holy Land Insurance Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,000,000) shares of the Holy Land Insurance Company on Sunday 27/11/2016 through non-public offering by allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (285/2016).
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (10,000,000) shares.
