Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (99/2018) dated 27/03/2018 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (500,000) shares of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners above-mentioned decision, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company on 15/05/2019 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
