Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Salam International Transport & Trading Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (56/2015) dated 07/04/2015 including the approval of covering unsubscribed capital increase in shares of Salam International Transport & Trading Company which amount to (572,038) share through offering these shares for private subscription by allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the JSC's decision, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Salam International Transport & Trading Company on 14/05/2016 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
