Please find attached a photocopy of the memo issued by the Central Bank of Jordan ref: (113/2004) dated 21/12/2004 addressed to all licensed banks regarding settlement of securities’ trading via RTGS-JO, we would like to reemphasize the importance of abiding by the specified time-frames for transferring funds to the SDC Settlement Account no later than 9:00 A.M of each working day by sending a SWIFT Message (MT202). In addition, it is important that each broker provide his bank with his SDC number to be included in field No. 20 followed by the transaction sequence number (of one digit).

It is necessary to abide by the content of this memo to facilitate the clearing and settlement procedures.
