| Please be informed that the SDC's Board of Directors terminated the contract of its CEO, Mr. "Mohammed Alamin" Abuquora, as of Wednesday evening 29/04/2015. Therefore, the deputy CEO, Mr. Khalil Nasser, will be performing the duties of the vacant position of the CEO, managing the affairs of the SDC according to the provisions of Article (32/c) of the Internal By-Law of the Securities Depository Center for the Year 2004. | |
