On Wednesday 07/06/2023 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,804,900) share /JOD, with a nearly 31 percent, of the company’s capital to redeem (3,804,900) JOD of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Masaken for Land & Industrial Development Projects Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (12,240,000) shares to a registered capital of (8,435,100) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 03/04/2023, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 24/05/2023.
