On Tuesday 23/08/2022 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,000,000) shares of the United Financial Investments Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the Invest Bank, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Financial Investments Company indicates the raise of its capital from (8,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (10,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2022 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 22/06/2022 and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 24/07/2022.
