On Wednesday 18/08/2021 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (728,881) shares of the Arab International Hotels Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects merger of Arab International Hotels Company and Beach Resorts Company and allocating these shares to the shareholders of Beach Resorts Company mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s letter no. (2/1/1382/21) dated 11/08/2021.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab International Hotels Company indicates the raise of its capital from (32,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (32,728,881) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 09/06/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 06/07/2021, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 02/08/2021.
