On Monday 06/07/2020 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,500,000) JOD/share of the  Sura Development & Investment Company with a nearly 39.130  percent of the company’s capital. The share capital decrease was performed to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Sura Development & Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (11,500,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (7,000,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 04/02/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/06/2020.
