On Monday 27/12/2021 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (50,000,000) shares of  the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company.

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Government’s investment management company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the raise of its capital from (274,610,470) shares to a registered capital of (324,610,470) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/08/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 24/11/2021, and upon the approval of JSC on the share capital increase issued on 19/12/2021.
