On Sunday 26/12/2021 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,100,000) shares of the Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company.

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC).

Thereby, the SDC records of the Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company indicates the raise of its capital from (12,138,309) shares to a registered capital of (17,238,309) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/11/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 04/02/2021, and upon the approval of JSC on the share capital increase issued on 19/12/2021.
