On Tuesday 25/09/2018 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (14,972,503) shares of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects capitalization of the privatization holding company/ Jordan’s debts to the amount of issued shares as of 31/12/2017.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company indicates the raise of its capital from (25,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (39,972,503) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/06/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 05/08/2018, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 17/09/2018.
