On Tuesday 14/05/2019 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,950,617) shares of the Middle East Complex for Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Middle East Complex for Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company indicates the increase its capital from (39,972,503) shares to a registered capital of (44,923,120) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/06/2018, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital increase issued on 05/08/2018 and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 10/04/2019.
