Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of the Methaq Real Estate Investment Co.

On Wednesday 28/12/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,765,041) shares of the Methaq Real Estate Investment Company where the amount of decrease is excess cash distributed to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
Thereby, the SDC record of the Methaq Real Estate Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (13,265,041) shares to a registered capital of (9,500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 12/11/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 22/12/2016.
