On Thursday 08/12/2016, the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,356,503) shares of the Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the decision of the company’s Board of Directors dated 26/10/2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company indicates the raise of its capital from (33,643,497) shares to a registered capital of (39,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 10/12/2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/05/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 06/11/2016.
