On Thursday 03/11/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,934,750) share/ JOD, with a nearly 85 percent, of the Trust International Transport Company to redeem part of the company’s losses.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Trust International Transport Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (3,434,750) share/ JOD to a registered capital of (500,000) share/ JOD as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 23/08/2016.
