On Wednesday 02/11/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (399,930) shares which is the unsubscribed shares of the Company’s capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Nopar for Trading & Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (1,500,000) shares to a registered capital of (1,100,070) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted pursuant to the provisions of Article (95/B) of the Companies Law for the year 1997 and its amendments.
