On Wednesday 26/10/2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (71,666) shares of the Jordan Emirates Insurance Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the “Al Sagr National Insurance Company”.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Emirates Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (5,928,334) shares to a registered capital of (6,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/08/2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 31/08/2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 17/10/2016.
