On Tuesday 26/07/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,500,000) shares, with a nearly 30 percent, of the Al-ekbal Printing & Packaging Company noting that the amount of the share capital decrease is in excess of the company’s needs for the time being pursuant to the provisions of Article (114) of the Companies Law.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Al-ekbal Printing & Packaging Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (5,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (3,500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 29/06/2016.
