On Thursday 12/07/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,448,018) shares, with a nearly 64 percent, of the Future Arab Investment Company to redeem the balance of losses as of 31/12/2015.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Future Arab Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (10,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (3,551,982) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 23/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 26/06/2016.
