On Thursday 28/09/2023 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,931,051) JOD/share, with a nearly  20% percent, of the capital of Future Arab Investment Company to redeem the balance of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.

Thereby, the SDC records of Future Arab Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (24,931,051) JOD/share to a registered capital of (20,000,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/04/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 24/09/2023.
