On Tuesday January 12, 2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (60,120,448) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (5/2016) dated 05/01/2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the raise of its capital from (46,405,342) shares to a registered capital of (106,525,790) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on May 02, 2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on June 27, 2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in January 05, 2016.
