On Sunday April 24, 2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (416,000) shares of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company through allocating these shares to the Jordan Investment Trust Company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company indicates the raise of its capital from (4,070,627) shares to a registered capital of (4,486,627) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on April 20, 2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on May 17, 2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in April 12, 2016.
