On Tuesday 09/05/2018 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (33,000,000) shares of the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company.

The share capital increase is performed through capitalization of the amount of (33,000,000) JD of the company’s payable balance and allocating these shares to the shareholder “Mr. Naser Butti Omair Yousef Al-Mheiri”.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company indicates the raise of its capital from (500,000) shares to a registered capital of (33,500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/03/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 17/04/2018, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued in 07/05/2018.
