On Monday 04/12/20017 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (18,867,577) JOD/share, with a nearly 94 percent, of the United Integrated For Multiple Industries & Public Investments Company to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Integrated For Multiple Industries & Public Investments Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (20,000,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (1,132,423) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 03/04/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 06/11/2017.
