On Wednesday 10/05/2017 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (9,161,404) shares of the Al Barsha’a Pharmaceutical Industries Company.

The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/12/2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Suppy on 17/04/2017. This procedure was conducted through:
1. Decreasing the share capital of (617,966) shares by a cancellation of shares of the affected shareholders based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 05/08/2013.
2. Decreasing the share capital of (8,543,438) share/ JOD to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2015.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Al Barsha’a Pharmaceutical Industries Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (9,733,913) shares to a registered capital of (572,509) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.
