On Tuesday August 18, 2015 the SDC completed the proces of registering the share capital increase of (770,487) shares of the National Steel Industry Co.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares. 

Thereby, the SDC records of the National Steel Industry Company indicates the raise of its capital from (2,171,281) shares to a registered capital of (2,941,768) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on April 29, 2014 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on December 12, 2014, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in August 4, 2015.
