On Thursday 17/10/2024 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company of (4,487,151) shares to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (6,285,649) shares to a registered capital of (1,798,498) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/06/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 12/09/2024.
