On Wednesday 04/09/2019 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,000,000) JOD/share of the company’s capital with a nearly 9 percent to redeem the company’s rotated losses as of 31/12/2018.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Darat Jordan Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (11,250,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (10,250,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/06/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 18/08/2019.
