On Wednesday 17/07/2019 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,612,500) JOD/share with a nearly 10 percent of the Jordanian Expatriates Investment Holding company capital where the amount of decrease is an excess cash.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Jordanian Expatriates Investment Holding Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (16,125,000) JOD/share to a registered capital of (14,512,500) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/04/2019, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 15/07/2019.
