The Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchange (FEAS) held the thirty-eighth meeting of its general assembly on Tuesday, 14/11/2023, and the SDC participated through the Head of the Administrative and Financial Department, Mr. Bashar Al-Nsour, and from the Research Department, Miss Suha Al-Khalil, via visual and audio communication means.

During the meeting, the Federation’s audited financial statements for the year 2022, which were prepared based on IFRS accounting standards, and the financial budget for the years 2023 and 2024 were discussed.

The Federation’s activities for the year 2023 were also presented, as it was indicated by the Federation that most of the projects mentioned in the activities were completed, and the action plan for 2024 was also presented.

In conclusion, it was agreed during the meeting to hold two training programs (on-site training) for members of the Federation during the year 2024.

As for the meetings of the Federation to be held during 2024, the first meeting will be hosted by the Tashkent Stock Exchange - Uzbekistan, and the second meeting will be hosted by the Muscat Stock Exchange - Sultanate of Oman.
